Get ready, contestants! Embark Studios has announced that Season 5 of their fast-paced competitive FPS, THE FINALS, is launching on December 12. This new season brings an array of exciting additions, including a new map, gadgets, weapons, social features, and sponsors, alongside gameplay balancing and quality-of-life improvements.
New Map: Welcome to Bernal
Season 5 takes players to the mountainside town of Bernal, an arena featuring:
Cobblestone streets and a vibrant colonial plaza as its centerpiece.
Rooftop traversal and hidden secrets for tactical advantages.
Destructible environments, allowing you to turn Bernal’s historic charm into a battlefield of chaos.
Introducing Clubs: A New Social System
A key highlight of Season 5 is Clubs, a social feature inspired by real sports teams:
Collaborate or compete with others, whether you’re flying solo or in a squad.
Club Contracts: Work together to complete challenges, earning XP and fans.
Team-Up Requests: Find teammates for your preferred game mode.
New Weapons and Gadgets

ShAK-12 (Heavy class) and Cerberus 12GA (Medium class) weapons.
