Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Enters Early Access on March 26

Netmarble Neo has announced that Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, the action-adventure RPG, will enter Steam Early Access on March 26. This follows the successful demo release during Steam Next Fest, with the developers now moving forward based on positive player feedback.

Early Access Details

The game will remain in early access for at least four weeks, a relatively short period for an RPG of this scale. During this phase, players will have access to:

  • A significant portion of Westeros, including Winterfell, King’s Landing, and Highgarden

  • 50 chapters of the main storyline

  • Hundreds of side quests and open-world encounters

  • Multiple co-op dungeons and endgame PvE challenges

Players will begin their journey in the northern regions, exploring locations such as Castle Black, Winterfell, and areas beyond the Wall before progressing southward. Following early access, the Stormlands region will be introduced, expanding the world with Storm’s End, Felwood, new quests, and additional co-op dungeons.

Netmarble Neo will use this phase to refine gameplay balance, visuals, and UX/UI based on community feedback.

Founder's Packs and Pricing

While the full game will be free-to-play at launch, early access requires the purchase of a Founder’s Pack:

  • Standard Pack ($24.99): Includes a Northern Outfit, Jon Snow Emoji Pack, and 350 Iron Bank Marks

  • Deluxe Pack ($49.99): Adds Battle Pass Premium, Wandering Crow Outfit, Darkcloud Mount, additional nameplate customization, 750 Iron Bank Marks, and 50K Copper

  • Ultimate Pack ($89.99): Includes all Deluxe Pack content plus Battle Pass Premium+, White Fang Mount, Brotherhood Without Banners Reins and Saddles, Iron Throne nameplate customization, 2K Iron Bank Marks, and 200K Copper

Looking Ahead

Following early access, Netmarble Neo plans to introduce additional regions, quests, and gameplay mechanics while implementing feedback to refine game balance and user experience. The studio aims to create a polished final release that meets player expectations.
