Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: 43-Minute Gameplay Video Revealed

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is making headlines this December as it takes center stage in IGN's First series. Fans of this eagerly awaited first-person open-world action role-playing game can anticipate a month filled with exciting content and reveals. To kick things off, IGN has released the first 43 minutes of gameplay footage, showcasing the PC version of the game.

Engine Choice: The game continues to utilize Crytek's CryENGINE technology, opting not to switch to the more widely used Unreal Engine. During a recent interview, Martin Klima from Warhorse Studios explained:

"We decided that keeping CryENGINE made the most sense for us because we spent a lot of time customizing it for our needs."

System Requirements: While Warhorse Studios has yet to disclose the official system requirements, they have indicated that the game is designed to run smoothly on relatively low-end machines. PR Manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling mentioned:

"We took way more time than in the first game for bug fixing, optimization, performance testing, and so on."

He also noted that he plays on a NVIDIA 3050 GPU, which runs the game "buttery smooth."

As the release date approaches, fans are eager to see how the game evolves and what new features will be unveiled. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is set to launch on February 11, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
