Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Runs Smoothly on RTX 3050, Free from Denuvo DRM
In the first developer stream for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Warhorse Studios shared exciting updates on the game’s performance and DRM plans. Warhorse Global PR Manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling and Art Director Viktor Höschl revealed that the game runs “buttery smooth” on a GeForce RTX 3050. Stolz-Zwilling noted that players will be “surprised by the PC optimization” and emphasized the extra time dedicated to bug fixes, optimization, and performance testing.
Importantly, Stolz-Zwilling confirmed that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will not include Denuvo DRM or any DRM system on PC. This decision follows player feedback and misinformation about possible DRM inclusion.
The game is set for release on February 11, 2025, and will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
