Pathologic 3: Quarantine Set for Free Release on March 17

Developer Ice-Pick Lodge and publisher Hype Train Digital have announced that Pathologic 3: Quarantine, the free prologue to Pathologic 3, will be available on PC starting March 17. This narrative-driven adventure follows young scientist Daniil Dankovsky on his quest for immortality amid a mysterious plague outbreak in a small town. In this prologue, players will uncover how Dankovsky’s journey began—examining patients, investigating hidden secrets, and issuing decrees to combat the devastating Sand Plague.

The story unfolds in a non-chronological fashion and is told through unreliable narrators, including Dankovsky’s subjective perspective and that of his persecutors. This approach encourages players to pay close attention to the environment, as every detail contributes to Dankovsky’s mental map and ultimately, his fight against death.

Detailed information, including system requirements, is available on the game's Steam page.
