Total War: WARHAMMER III’s “Omens of Destruction” DLC Launches December 12

Creative Assembly has officially announced the release of the "Omens of Destruction" DLC for Total War: WARHAMMER III, arriving on December 12. This much-anticipated expansion will bring a wealth of new content, including faction updates, new Legendary Lords, heroes, units, and gameplay mechanics that enhance the Immortal Empires campaign.

Faction Expansions

  • Khorne:

    • Skulltaker – The Hero Slayer and Khorne’s immortal champion. With the Cloak of Skulls campaign feature, Skulltaker must hunt down and duel enemy lords.

    • New legendary heroes: Skarr Bloodwrath and Skyla Anfingrimm.

    • New Khorne units to dominate the battlefield.

  • Orcs & Goblins:

    • Gorbad Ironclaw – The Brutal Unifier, one of the most infamous Orc Warbosses, rides into battle on his mighty Warboar, Gnarla, and wields devastating melee attacks.

    • Campaign feature: Da' Plan, focused on tactical army management.

    • Legendary hero Sngla Grobspit, Savage Orc Great Shaman, and Night Goblin Big Boss join the fray.

  • Ogre Kingdoms:

    • Golgfag Maneater – A renowned mercenary who takes contracts across the Warhammer World. Golgfag uses barbaric weapons to conquer his foes.

    • Campaign feature: Mercenary Contracts, offering dynamic missions.

    • Legendary hero Bragg the Gutsman, Ogre Paymaster, and Bruiser add more depth to Ogre combat.

Free Content in Patch 6.0

  • Arbaal the Undefeated: The 100th Legendary Lord, a champion of Khorne, will be added as a free update.

  • Faction Updates: Major gameplay overhauls for Khorne, Orcs & Goblins, and Ogre Kingdoms.

  • Additional quality-of-life updates and visual refinements.

This DLC promises to expand the strategic depth and variety in Total War: WARHAMMER III, offering new ways to approach the vast battles and campaigns. With new units, heroes, and mechanics, players can look forward to more immersive and challenging gameplay.
